Roles & Responsibilities Perform abrasive blasting, grit blasting, and sandblasting on steel structures and equipment. Carry out industrial spray painting using airless spray systems. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and coating as per project specifications. Execute rope access work safely using IRATA Level 1 procedures. Inspect and maintain blasting and painting equipment. Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards. Complete assigned tasks within project timelines. Maintain proper documentation and daily work reports.Desired Candidate Profile Valid IRATA Level 1 certification preferred. Experience in industrial blasting and spray painting. Knowledge of surface preparation and protective coating applications. Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Offshore, or Industrial projects is preferred. Physically fit and medically fit for rope access work. Familiar with safety procedures and PPE requirements. Candidates without IRATA but with relevant blasting/painting experience may also apply (as per salary eligibility). Immediate joiners will be preferred.
