Proficient with computers and other standard office technology? Knowledge in ERP System Microsoft Dynamics AX? Knowledge of commodity Materials, like valves, flanges, gaskets, piping, nuts, bolts, etc.? Good knowledge of piping materials, related specifications? Experience to implement barcoding system for the inventory tracking will be preferred.Job Responsibilities:? Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines? Plan and issue instructions for loading and unloading.? Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock? Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory.? Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records? Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment? Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management?
