We are a premium landscaping service provider and are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Indoor Plant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential to manage ongoing maintenance with existing clients to ensure indoor plants remain healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. Primary aspects of the role are Technician Management andClient Management.Key Responsibilities as followsSupervise daily indoor plant maintenance operations.Ensure high-quality plant care and customer satisfaction.Conduct site inspections and resolve plant health issues.Monitor team productivity, attendance, and work quality.Coordinate with clients and the operations team.Maintain safety and company standards at all times.SkillsValid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).Good knowledge of indoor plants, plant care, pest identification, fertilisation, pruning, and plant health.Experience planning daily work schedules and supervising technicians.Strong communication and leadership skillsAbility to communicate very fluently in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
