HVAC TechnicianJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:?Submit the daily reports to the supervisor.?Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing the maintenance work.?Monitor spare parts, tools and equipment required to execute the maintenance work.?Communicate with supervisors in case of major breakdown or Emergency tasks.?Execute PPM tasks as per the schedules and frequencies.?Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities.?To carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task.Job Requirements:?Good reporting skills.?Knowledge of CAFM system, KPI & SLA.?Two years Diploma or ITI in HVAC. Knowledge of HVAC reactive and PPM maintenance for the (FAHU,AHU, FCU, DX units).?Gulf Region experience preferred.
