Responsibilities:1. Recruitment:- Conducting a full recruitment process: posting vacancies, interviewing candidates, evaluating their qualifications- Maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies- Assisting new hires with onboarding and integration into the team2. Personnel document management:- Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws in the execution of employment contracts- Managing the process of obtaining work visas, health insurance, and other necessary paperwork for employees- Updating and maintaining records of personnel, including employee files, vacation schedules, and reports3. Interaction with employees:- Providing guidance on UAE labor laws and company policies- Regularly updating job descriptions based on changing roles and responsibilities- Advising on the social benefits package4. Administrative Tasks:- Interaction with state and municipal authorities regarding employee registration.- Preparation of regular human resources reports for management, including key indicators on hiring, staff turnover, and vacation days.- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, including drafting and implementing company regulations and instructions.
