Job Title: HR GeneralistIndustry: Real EstateLocation: UAEExperience: 3-5 YearsWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in the Real Estate industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and contributing to the overall success of the organization.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate industry.
2. Employee Relations:
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, striving for resolutions that maintain a positive work environment.
  • Facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives.
3. Performance Management:
  • Support managers and employees in the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely evaluations and feedback.
  • Help implement performance improvement plans when necessary and provide coaching to managers on performance-related issues.
4. HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports for management, such as turnover rates, training needs, and other relevant metrics.
  • Handle the end-to-end HR processes for employee lifecycle management (contracts, promotions, terminations, etc.).
5. Compensation & Benefits:
  • Assist in managing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely processing and compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Support in conducting salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive remuneration packages.
6. Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with internal or external trainers to deliver relevant training programs.
  • Support in organizing employee development initiatives to improve overall organizational skills and competency.
7. Compliance & Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including visa processing, contracts, and termination procedures.
  • Stay updated on UAE employment law and ensure all HR processes and policies align with legal requirements.
