Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive onboarding programs for newly hired employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, accommodation regulations, HR systems, insurance enrollment, and internal administrative procedures.Organize and coordinate all mandatory induction and compliance training sessions, including Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality-related programs, for new joiners.Monitor employee probation periods, coordinate performance reviews with managers, and facilitate the timely confirmation of employment upon successful completion.Support managers in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) by coordinating discussions, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to company procedures.Manage employee separation processes, including resignations and terminations, by conducting exit interviews and ensuring all offboarding requirements are completed.Maintain accurate employee organizational and reporting information within the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and perform regular data validation.Analyze monthly attendance and overtime records, identify trends or discrepancies, and provide reports and recommendations to the HR Business Partner.Administer monthly UAE National Pension Scheme processes, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with applicable regulations.Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, resolving concerns related to compensation, benefits, workplace conditions, health and safety, and general employment issues.Conduct impartial investigations into employee complaints and workplace incidents, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions.Coordinate disciplinary processes, including preparing investigation reports and issuing corrective action or warning letters in accordance with company policies and HR guidelines.Build strong working relationships with supervisors and department managers through regular site meetings to discuss workforce issues, employee engagement, and operational HR support.Perform routine visits to employee accommodations to assess living conditions, monitor catering standards, and support employee welfare initiatives, including hospital visits when required.Oversee workplace injury and compensation cases by coordinating with insurance providers and ensuring timely processing of claims.Provide guidance and counseling to employees on personal wellbeing, workplace concerns, and financial matters while collaborating with Administration and Facilities teams to resolve employee-related issues efficiently.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.3?5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Human Capital coordination is preferred.A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
