Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of visa eligibility based on individual client profiles, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations.Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines to maximize approval chances.Offer personalized consultations to clients, addressing their specific immigration needs and providing tailored solutions to complex visa scenarios.Stay updated on global immigration policies and procedures, adapting strategies to changes that may impact client applications and outcomes.Desired Candidate ProfileCandidates with their own valid residence visa (family/spouse/freelance) are preferred.Bachelor?s degree or Diploma in relevant feild.A minimum of 1 year of direct experience in visa [Tourism /Business] service for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen Countires, EVisa and ETA.Experience working with diverse nationalities with strong cross-cultural communication abilities; fluency in English and knowledge of regional Indian languages preferred.Standard working hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with all Sundays, one rotating Saturday off each month and all official UAE national holidays off.
