Fleet Sales ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesDuties And Responsibilities:•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed fleet sales targets.•Identify potential fleet customers and develop approaches for new business opportunities.•Collaborate with the sales team to set quotas, forecast sales, and analyze market trends.•Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet customers, including corporate clients, government bodies, and other large organizations.•Manage customer accounts, ensuring that service delivery meets client expectations.•Conduct regular reviews with fleet clients to address their requirements and offer suitable solutions.•Lead, train, and manage a team of fleet sales representatives.•Provide mentorship and support to enhance the teams performance.•Monitor individual sales performance and help the team to achieve their sales goals.•Ensure excellent customer service by addressing issues and resolving complaints in a timely manner.•Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and support.•Work closely with the service department to ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards before delivery.•Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with fleet customers, ensuring the profitability of each deal.•Ensure that contracts are aligned with company policies and legal requirements.•Monitor contract compliance and follow up on contract renewals.
