Key Qualifications for this Position include:?A Bachelor?s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field from an accredited university with minimum five (05) years? experience working in the field preferably with experience in raising capital for Infrastructure Projects?Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Power point?Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills?Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis?Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of the full process and problem solving?Strong written and Oral English Communication?Prospect potential clients, and gather documentation to begin the funding process?Develop leads, cultivate a list of targeted prospects with equity investors, banking, investment banking, capital markets?Develop relationships and collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute a go to-market strategy that includes lead generation and CRM data entering daily-specific trends?Maintain a proper Investor Relations (IR) plan, data set and upgrade as per requirement?Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis - analytical, market intelligence reports?Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals & other EOI documents and ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows and presentations?Proactively engage and support the seniors in business development activities through networking, client calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units focusing on Oil and Gas Infrastructure Projects?Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models Company Profile SPEC has a global network of offices and manufacturing facilities with a strong presence in Middle East, Asia, Africa and headquarters in United States of America.
