Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVEThe job holder will be responsible for Financial Accounting and FP&A Key Responsibilities1.

  • Manage vendor payments, reconciliation
  • Responsible for Vendor Management
  • Responsible for FP&A activities and insightful analysis for the business (including Topline, Margins, Overheads, Inventory, Capex)
  • Driving Commercial agreement negotiation and agreements between Lifestyle and vendors
  • Approve, authorize all payments and ensure accuracy in timelines and accuracy in all payments
  • Develop and maintain systems for prompt and accurate collection of financial and accounting information
  • Maintain accounting by ensuring expenses are properly accounted for
  • Review of various type of reconciliation - Cash/ Bank / Credit Card,
  • Critical review of Provisions.
QUALIFICATIONBasic Qualification / Education / Vocational TrainingGraduateDegree in Commerce / CA.(Inter) / I.C.W.A.(Inter) Minimum Experience5 years of accounting experience preferably EXPERIENCESpecific / Relevant Experience3+ years of experience as an Accountant MPETECIESFunctional Skills and CapabilitiesKnowledge of OFIN based Accounting Systems. Accounting theory (e.g., internal controls, financial statement,preparation, accrual accounting) Basic Accounting Tools or Financial tools (e.g. CAPEX) Knowledge of International Financial Reporting (IFRS Standards) Analytical ability MS Office skills
