Roles & Responsibilities Manage export shipments by sea, air and land from order confirmation to final delivery. Manage export logistics specifically for perfumes, fragrances, cosmetics and related products. Understand the special transportation requirements applicable to alcohol-based perfumes and other potentially regulated products. Review product SDS/MSDS and shipping requirements before arranging transportation. Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers regarding Dangerous Goods (DG) acceptance requirements. Ensure shipments are prepared according to applicable transportation regulations and carrier requirements. Prepare and verify export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, B/L, AWB and customs documents. Handle Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments, particularly Class 3 Flammable Liquids, and ensure compliance with applicable IATA DGR and IMDG requirements. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers and international customers. Manage Dubai Customs, Dubai Trade and JAFZA export procedures. Coordinate container bookings, loading, shipping schedules and shipment tracking. Obtain and negotiate freight rates and control logistics costs. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Production and Finance to ensure smooth export operations. Monitor shipments, resolve delays and prepare export logistics reports. Ensure compliance with UAE customs and applicable destination-country requirements.Desired Candidate ProfileRequirements Minimum 5 years of experience in export logistics / international shipping. UAE experience is mandatory. Experience in perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, chemicals or manufacturing is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Dangerous Goods, IATA DGR, IMDG, UAE Customs, Dubai Trade and JAFZA. Experience with sea and air freight and international export documentation. Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Good command of English.Preferred IATA DGR / Dangerous Goods training or certification. Experience handling alcohol-based perfumes and Class 3 Dangerous Goods. Experience dealing with international distributors and freight forwarders.Important: Candidates must have hands-on experience managing export shipments from documentation and customs clearance through DG compliance, freight booking, shipment tracking and final delivery.
