Roles & ResponsibilitiesSafely transport company staff, materials, documents, and equipment to and from assigned locations.Purchase and collect materials, supplies, tools, and other items as requested by the company.Coordinate with suppliers and ensure correct quantities, specifications, and items are received.Collect and submit invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and other purchase documents.Assist with loading, unloading, and delivery of materials to project sites.Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, safe, and properly maintained.Follow all UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures.Plan efficient routes and ensure timely delivery and collection of materials.Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, fuel, and vehicle-related expenses.Perform other driving, purchasing, and site-support duties as assigned by management.Desired Candidate ProfileValid UAE driving license with good driving record.Experience in construction, fit-out, or maintenance projects.Familiar with Dubai roads, suppliers, and construction sites.Able to source and purchase construction materials, tools, and supplies.Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for loading/unloading.Good communication and coordination skills.Organized in handling receipts, invoices, and deliveries.Flexible to support site requirements and urgent purchases.
