Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare civil, structural, and MEP drawings from concept through construction.Develop detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs to eliminate clashes and improve constructability.Produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to deliver fully coordinated design solutions.Review and revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and authority requirements.Participate in design meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications & RequirementsProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination is an advantage.Strong understanding of architectural detailing, civil works, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and local authority approval processes.Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage architectural, civil, and MEP design coordination within a single role.
