Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities :Manage and supervise interior fit-out and renovation projects from start to completion.Review architectural, structural and shop drawings before site execution.Coordinate with project managers, designers, site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.Monitor daily site activities to ensure quality, safety and timely project delivery.Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before production and installation.Ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards and UAE regulations.Prepare work schedules, progress reports and material requirements.Coordinate MEP, joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, painting and finishing activities.Attend client, consultant and site coordination meetings.Identify technical issues on site and provide practical engineering solutions.Monitor material usage and help control project costs.Assist in project handover, snagging and close-out activities.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 2?4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, painting and MEP coordination.Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and shop drawings.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and project documentation.Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.Desired Candidate ProfileExperience in residential villas, apartments and commercial fit-out projects.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.Immediate joiners will be given preference.
