Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials.Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed.Cutting, shaping and smoothing lumber and other material according to measurements.Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance.Ability to read technical documents and drawings.Works with the team leader to coordinate topics for safety meetings.Performs other related duties as assigned.Follow company policies and procedure guidelines for service fulfilment.UAE driving license is must.Required Skills/Abilities:Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.Good communication skills in English.Presentable and polite character.
