Business Development ManagerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Identify, encourage, acquire, develop, and manage new clients and business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the Engineering & Construction Division.?You will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets, primarily achieved through networking events, and assisting face-to-face pitches?Handling client inquiries and ensuring that high level services are provided?Develop, execute, and manage the business development strategy?Implement strategic plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations?Work and collaborate with the team to ensure KPIs are met?Pipeline management reporting - target list development, execution from prospect clients to closing dealsRequirements:?Bachelors degree in any subject. MBA would be an advantage.?Previous experience in business development or sales within different sectors is an advantage?Fluency in English with excellent oral and written skills?Excellent networking skills
