Key Qualifications for this Position include:?A Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or eqv) from an accredited university with minimum two years (2) GCC Business Development Experience with a focus on O&G EPCC Projects?Must be familiar with small to mid-size Upstream and Downstream Oil & Gas Plant project sales (USD 20M to 150M).?Familiar with Upstream and Refinery projects and should be technically sound with engineering terminology and plant equipment.?Advanced and thorough knowledge of GCC Market and key players?Ability to work in multicultural environment?Demonstrated interpersonal/team building skills?Proactive?Ability to Work Independently, meet deadlines and Work Under Pressure?Strong written and Oral English Communication?Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships.?Seek customers in GCC Region through research and direct contact with potential customers.?Generate project/business opportunities and RFQs through customer contact to meet companys business plans and growth strategies?Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFQ coordination through securing contracts?Lead the development and of Pre-Qualification and formal presentations and coordinate with Proposals Team to ensure timely submission?Solicit customer feedback through the project proposal and execution phases?Maintain customer/potential customer contact lists?Collaborate with company management to prepare and implement the companys Marketing and Business Development Strategy?Plan and strategy for meeting business goals?Perform other duties as assignedCompany Expectations?Take Point to drive sales efforts in the GCC region to expand Company?s footprint and drive organic growth Company Profile SPEC has a global network of offices and manufacturing facilities with a strong presence in Middle East, Asia, Africa and headquarters in United States of America.
