Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.Job Responsibilities:?Good knowledge on Core Banking and T24 functionalities related to products and processes?Act as a key interface between the users and the project manager?Documentation management skills related to BRD, FSD and Report mapping design documents?Provide consultative assistance to assigned business units to streamline processes as it relates to the efficient use of core banking system?Effective stakeholder management (Business and within IT teams)?Experience in working on SQL?Minimum 5 years experience in MIS & Reporting System?Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning skills to understand end user requirements and transform into operational application and technical alternatives.Qualifications and Skills:?Bachelor?s degree in computer science, business management, or equivalent preferred?Good experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)?Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills?Analytical thinking and problem solving?Any global certification is preferred
