Assess maintenance needs for the building and ensuring the instruction is given by the Property Manager before proceeding.
Inspect general condition of the building and surrounding property for cleanliness, overall appeal and potential problems; evaluate and supervise building staff, assigning tasks and training new employees.
Coordinate inspectors, vendors and contractors coming to the properties.
Manage communal spaces of the building to ensure not to cause inconvenience to the tenants.
Enforce building security and safety policies and training staff members on proper policy protocols.
