BIM ArchitectJob Location : DubaiDescription :?Development of Concept, Schematic and Detail Design and Construction Documentation.?Take lead in technical matters as well as project management.?Provide design solutions and leading the project(s) from inception to various stages until handover.?Specification review / writing, up to date knowledge of materials and their applications.?Lead / Supervise production of detailed drawings.?Expertise in Revit & BIM protocols is a must.?Construction documentation.?Knowledge of updated authority regulations & relevant standards & codes.?Preparing and presenting design proposals to the client.?Supervision of design team, necessary review, corrections and guidelines.?Ensure deliverables are produced within scope & time constraints committed on project contribute to Lessons Learnt Database of the company.?Coordination with other disciplines and external team members (suppliers / sub-consultants).?BIM Experience for Establishing employer information requirements (EIR) and BIM requirements for requests for proposals.?Creating coordination models, integrating models to one model, participate to coordination meetings, assist the stakeholders to organize and operate BIM team for project?Working knowledge of a 3D modelling software Revit is necessary.?An understanding of 3D model coordination and clash detection software Navisworks.?A working knowledge Microsoft office.?An inquisitive nature to research and learn new software skills.?An understanding of international BIM standards?Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction firm.
