Application Support Analyst- PaymentsJob Location : DubaiJob Type: PermanentJob Responsibilities:?Provide effective functional and technical support for SWIFT and Central Bank payment applications (FTS/WPS/IPI/DDS)?Ensure issues are appropriately documented, tracked, addressed, and resolved in a timely manner as per the service level agreement?Work closely and communicate effectively with business users as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolutionExperience:?Deep understanding of SWIFT payments?Good technical knowledge of FTS/WPS/IPI/DDS and ISO20022 Message Specification?Experience with FircoSoft Payments?Experience with WebSphere-MQSkills Required:?Minimum 5 years of support and development experience with Central Bank payment applications?Preferred banking experience?Preferred knowledge of AWS and DevOps concepts
