Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesGovernment Relations (PRO) Process all UAE employment visas from start to finish. Handle new employment entry permits and status changes. Process Emirates ID applications, renewals, and cancellations. Manage medical fitness appointments and documentation. Process labour contracts and MOHRE requirements. Coordinate residency visa stamping and renewals. Process employee visa cancellations. Liaise with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, DED, Free Zones, Immigration, Labour Office, and other government entities. Maintain company trade licences and renewals. Process establishment card renewals. Handle labour quota applications. Process work permits. Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations. Track expiry dates of all company licences, visas, permits, passports, and government documents. Prepare and submit all required government applications. Coordinate document attestations and legal translations where required.ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄEmployee Onboarding Prepare employment offers. Create employment contracts. Collect onboarding documentation. Verify passports and supporting documents. Process employee onboarding paperwork. Coordinate joining formalities. Open and maintain employee personnel files. Ensure all mandatory documents are complete before joining.ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄEmployee Administration Maintain employee records. Update HR documentation. Prepare salary certificates. Prepare employment certificates. Prepare NOCs. Process leave-related documentation. Handle employee transfers and amendments. Process resignations and final settlements from an administrative perspective. Maintain confidential employee files.ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄVisa & Immigration Management Track all visa expiries. Schedule renewals. Coordinate medical tests. Coordinate Emirates ID biometrics. Follow up with government departments. Resolve visa processing issues. Maintain a visa tracking dashboard.ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄAdministrative Responsibilities Maintain company records. Organize legal documents. Maintain digital filing systems. Handle official correspondence. Draft government letters. Coordinate courier and document collection. Support audits by preparing required documentation. Maintain document checklists and SOPs. Manage company stamps and official documentation.ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄCompliance Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law. Ensure compliance with immigration regulations. Maintain accurate documentation. Keep management informed of regulatory changes. Reduce compliance risks by monitoring deadlines.Desired Candidate Profile Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Hold a valid UAE driving license (Preferred) and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar PRO/Admin role within Dubai. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government regulations. Be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
