Preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit/review preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.Provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of business, while ensuring we?re compliant with all tax regulations.Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports.Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.Documents financial transactions by entering account information.Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.Extremely knowledgeable about VAT in the U.A.E.Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.Secures financial information by completing database backups.Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.Preparing & Submitting salary and allowance of employees through Wages Protection System (WPS).Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved.Managing adequate cash-flow for timely payment schedules for internal and external suppliers.Requirement,Proven work experience as a Accountant or relevant role.Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsQualification Required,A Masters degree in Finance or Accounting / ACCA /CMA
