Job Description

Main Purpose of the Jobskilled MIG welding work including inspection, planning, preparation and cutting, checking/testing; to fabricate, repair, maintain and install metal item, checking/ testing whilst performing the allocated tasks to meet applicable safety standards, targets, criteria and deadlines and to maximize productivity and profitability.Main Responsibilities•You are responsible for the equipment provided to you for use in your job role.•You must ensure that equipment is used in accordance with training provided, all of the organization’s policies and procedures and the law and using, where applicable, any safety equipment or Personal Protective Equipment provided.•You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment you use is maintained and can be used/operated at all times.
