Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the acquisition of high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluate their performance, and manage negotiations to secure favorable terms.Contract Management: Oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, pricing, and new suppliers.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, operations, and production, to understand their needs and ensure procurement strategies align with organizational objectives.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Budget Management: Manage the procurement budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-saving initiatives are implemented.Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
