Key Responsibilities:Safety Compliance:Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify hazards.Training and Education:Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.Maintain records of training sessions and participant attendance.Risk Assessment:Perform risk assessments to evaluate workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and suggesting improvements.Safety Programs:Implement and promote safety programs aimed at reducing workplace injuries and illnesses.Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure proper preparedness.Reporting:Prepare and submit safety reports to management, outlining safety performance and areas for improvement.Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and compliance audits.Collaboration:Work closely with management, employees, and regulatory agencies to promote a culture of safety.Participate in safety committee meetings and provide input on safety policies.
