1.Provide support to and coordinate with Project Manager on all Mechanicalissues in the course of projects including HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting.2.Review shop drawings, materials submittal, and method statements to ensure the smooth running of the project3.Ensures all works carried comply with the mechanical drawings and project specifications as stipulated.4.To make certain that all architectural drawings are in line and coordinated with otherdepartmental design drawings prior proceeding with structural work and to highlight any discrepancies for necessary corrections.5.Conduct site inspections to ascertain standards of safety and structural quality are being met.6.Maintains job records, text reports and similar documentation.7.Evaluate and recommend feasible construction methodology as per site conditionsand as per contract requirements.
