1.˙˙˙˙˙˙Provide support to and coordinate with Project Manager on all Mechanicalissues in the course of projects including HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting.2.˙˙˙˙˙˙Review shop drawings, materials submittal, and method statements to ensure the smooth running of the project3.˙˙˙˙˙˙Ensures all works carried comply with the mechanical drawings and project specifications as stipulated.4.˙˙˙˙˙˙To make certain that all architectural drawings are in line and coordinated with otherdepartmental design drawings prior proceeding with structural work and to highlight any discrepancies for necessary corrections.5.˙˙˙˙˙˙Conduct site inspections to ascertain standards of safety and structural quality are being met.6.˙˙˙˙˙˙Maintains job records, text reports and similar documentation.7.˙˙˙˙˙˙Evaluate and recommend feasible construction methodology as per site conditionsand as per contract requirements.
