Job Description

The ideal candidate Must have 2-5 years experience (Fresh graduated will not accepted) and must be resident of Cairo or Giza. He also must have Knowledge in construction and architecture QS & Tender EngineerResponsibilities

  • Processing the Subcontractors Extracts in coordination with the site engineer and review the quantities in accordance with the approved of shopdrawing
  • Review and process the owners inventory in coordination with the site engineer in accordance with the shopdrawing, contracts and the characterization of items to measure the work of the project
  • Make as-built drawings for each item and for the entire project and site visit if need
  • Accounting for items required to make purchase orders or contract them in accordance with the approved shop drwing drawings and follow-up the position of credits
  • Study and analysis of prices for the normal work of projects in the subtraction phase
  • Sending a request to offer prices for items and materials from subcontractors during the study of the project in the subtraction phase and after the project is anchored
  • Review daily employment reports from sites and review their cost
  • Follow up the purchase orders for all materials and items and know the position of the credits to date
  • Follow-up of the costs of items during the implementation of the project and compare it with the pricing of the project during the offering
  • All these tasks are not required to be Hired but the candidate is preferable to know about them.
