Job Description

To be the leading business partner raising the profile of Finance in the business working in transverse. To provide expert advice to finance process improvement. Bring a systematic disciplined approach to evaluate and improve our ways of working by driving data quality assurance and improve analytics capabilities.Accountabilities:

  • To deliver Finance process improvement projects, write-up processes, standards and support roll out
  • To provide analytical skills and help transform data into intelligence
  • To participate in the development of enterprise-wide programs
Performance and Analytics:
  • Develop a KPI catalogue for finance to support data structuring
  • Review existing dashboards landscape and propose improvement following a structure KPI catalogue
  • Work with finance stakeholders and finance management to develop and improve analytical capabilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of all opportunities related to budgeting, reporting, variance analysis and cost processes as identified by the business.
  • Champion visual management
  • Investigate the application of integrated analytics for improved decision
  • Optimize the interface between BW use and power BI thriving to minimise Excel usage.
  • Responsible for reporting segregation of duty based on SAP system analysis
Finance Methods:
  • Leads the process of improving finance process along with business process owners providing support designing the processes and expert advice
  • Works closely with CMS lead to ensure alignment
  • Provide overview of current accounting rules and monitor upcoming changes working with tax and general accounting.
  • Prepare and maintain operating rhythm tracking all FIN deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain list and timing for external deliverables to SH and Qatar authorities, monitor delivery
  • Define a project framing and activity prioritization system for FIN improvement working with Lean and IS project teams
  • Contribute to developing a one NOC benefits realization charter
  • Work to align business and system processes becoming an expert at managing business-SAP interface
