Roles & ResponsibilitiesInteract directly with Arabic-speaking clients/stakeholders to understand and capture design requirements for villas and residential plotsTranslate verbal/written briefs (in Arabic) into detailed 3D design concepts and layoutsDesign villas and other structures based on plot dimensions, site conditions, and client requirementsDevelop 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs to present design concepts for client approvalPrepare and revise floor plans, elevations, and layouts in line with client feedbackCoordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance with local building normsIncorporate revisions promptly based on client and internal team feedbackMaintain design documentation and ensure timely delivery of design deliverablesStay updated on regional (GCC) villa design trends, materials, and client preferencesDesired Candidate ProfileMinimum 5 years of experience as a 3D Designer, preferably with villa/residential/landscape design exposureFluent in Arabic (spoken and written) ? mandatory, for direct client requirement gatheringProficient in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similarStrong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and plot-based design constraintsPrior experience working with GCC/Middle East clients or projects is a strong plusGood communication skills to liaise between Arabic-speaking clients and internal design/technical teamsBachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferredStrong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
