Roles & Responsibilities Minimum Experience: 8 -10 years of professional experience within Qatar Manage end-to-end procurement processes for engineering projects, from demand planning and RFx to contract award and supplier performance monitoring.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred. Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent demonstrate a commitment to procurement excellence. Industry Background: Oil & Gas sector experience is mandatory. Client Exposure: Construction Industry experience preferred -Working for major clients like Qatar Energy, Kahramaa, QAFCO, Qatargas, MEEZA etc. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in engineering procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management. Proven track record of success in negotiating complex contracts and managing key supplier relationships within the engineering sector.
