Sales & Marketing Manager (Industrial Hoses)

Job Description

? Overall responsible for the Hydraulic & Pneumatic Hoses, Industrial Hoses and Fittings business of the company.? Expert technical knowledge about Hydraulic and Pneumatic Hoses, Industrial Hoses and Fittings and its related products and its application.? Prepare an annual business plan for the Industrial Hoses business of the company. ? Develop and implement information systems which will provide data on existing and potential customers to enable the company to identify opportunities for new sales.? Prepare quotations against the customer?s enquiry as per the pricing guidelines set by the General Manager.? Monitor and review the performance of the entire sales team. Make a market survey and identify the potential for the products and services of the company. ? Develop and implement systems and processes to enable the effective monitoring of performance and the identification of improvements in product quality and service delivery.? Assist in the development of sales and marketing literature and associated documents to improve the marketing of the company and its products. ? Provide the main source of expertise to the company on business development issues.? Maintain an awareness of developments in the fields of product marketing and research to ensure that the company continues to compete effectively? Develop close working relationships with other key functions in the organization to keep them aware of, and seek their views on proposed business development and to ensure that there is a coordinated approach to these.? Maintain an awareness of any possible threats to the business and suggest for change in policies and processes that will provide for such contingencies.
