Rubber lining Operations Supervisor

Job Description

? Overall responsible for all onsite and offsite Rubber Lining Operations and Projects of the Company.? Oversee all stages of the Rubber Lining Process to ensure that Rubber Lining is done on time to the required standards as per customer requirement.? Prepare Costing and Estimation for any and all rubber lining activities and get required approval.? Develop Rubber Lining plans for all rubber lining and establish costs for each stage to ensure the effective management and control of the rubber lining process.? Provide technical advice on all aspects of the rubber lining activity to rubber lining team so that they are fully aware of rubber lining requirements.? Maintain high levels of safety, health and environment standards and comply with on site and off site safety requirements.? Plan and maintain sufficient inventory for operations and make request to reorder based on past consumption history and current and future job requirements.? Supervise, train and motivate the rubber lining team to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards of customer.? Oversee all rubber lining operating processes to ensure that the most efficient and effective use is made of equipment and that safety standards are adhered to at the client site.? Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure that the optimum use is made of rubber lining resources.? Monitor output to ensure that rubber lining meets the established standards in terms of both quantity and quality.? Maintain regular contact with other departments to ensure that they are aware of rubber lining requirements and to identify potential problems.? Provide advice and support to other departments on rubber lining issues.
