Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Logistics Manager .You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations within the organization, with a primary focus on optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.The role involves developing and implementing logistics strategies, managing inventory, negotiating contracts, and leading a team of logistics professionals. By coordinating transportation, storage, and distribution activities, the Logistics Manager plays a vital role in maintaining seamless supply chain operations and meeting customer requirements.Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation.
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate the internal and external full orders cycle.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Keep Track of the rejected orders release and stock blocking.
  • Develop damage control plans/ processes to keep it within the acceptable range.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
  • Participate in the departmental budget and make sure it won?t be exceeded.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Conduct the annual appraisal of his subordinates according to their KPIs fulfilment.
  • Develop contingency plans to make sure nothing would affect the operations.
  • Plan the cyclical counts and assign the team to make sure of its fulfilment in timely manner.
  • Ensure that the regular housekeeping plans are been followed along with the binsutilization.
  • Develop new put away strategies to reduce the travel time during picking.
  • Participate in the expansion plans by advising a proper WH specifications, racking systems, flooring and MHEs.
  • Participate in SOPs creation and make sure all the company policies and processes are been followed correctly.
