Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Director to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving company growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the market and industry trends.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive company growth and expansion
  2. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  4. Lead negotiations and close deals with clients
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  6. Develop and manage the business development team
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives
  8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
  9. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and attend conferences and events
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or related field
  2. Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  3. Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate a team
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
  8. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
  9. Experience in the private sector is preferred
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic is required
