Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be knowledgeable about different coffee types and brewing techniques, and have a passion for creating memorable experiences for our customers.Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
  2. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
  3. Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing customer concerns or complaints.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee preparation station, brewing equipment, and dining area.
  6. Restock supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups, as needed.
  7. Handle cash and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new coffee flavors and brewing techniques.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
  2. Excellent knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and latte art.
  3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
  6. Good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation.
  9. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
