Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Foreman to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Production Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality, and optimizing resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production procedures, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively.Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the production process from start to finish.
  2. Ensure that production targets are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  3. Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery.
  4. Optimize resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  5. Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures.
  6. Train and mentor production staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  7. Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth production flow.
  9. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  10. Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of production procedures and best practices.
  3. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
  4. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Proficient in using production management software and tools.
  9. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
