Job Description

Position Title: Process managerReports to: Plant ManagerUnit / Division / Department / Section: PPD JOB PURPOSE: Ensuring implementation of tools & processes in order to define and deliver business improvement targets aligned with group strategy. Core focus will be delivery of site KPI targets for cost and productivity, optimize manufacturing operations to reduce waste and streamline processes. Ensure adherence of all processes to HSE standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Daily operations monitoring:
  • Daily output tracking
  • Shift performance analysis
  • Identify operations bottleneck
  • Implement corrective actions
Production control:
  • Ensure all relevant data is recorded on ERP
  • Control production cost
  • Optimize resource allocation
  • Performance Metrics
  • Develop action plans to improve all operations metrics
  • Ensure processes compliance with quality metrics
Process Improvement
  • Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans, including timelines, resources, and metrics for success.
  • Implement best practice
Reporting:
  • Performance Dashboard
  • Daily operations summary
HSE
  • Develop and implement HSE procedures related to raw material handling, storage, and disposal.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and company policies.
SPAN OF Communication
  • Internal: Production, Stores, QC Department
