To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[TECHNICIAN IE ]]. * Optimize the layout of the shopfloor (P3 Area) * Improve the variability of P3 workstations * Prepare and implement acions to balance P3 assembly workstations in order to improve productivity * Define and implement improvement actions (KAIZEN) * Perform product optimizations in order to reduce product cost (overlengths of circuits, reduction in material usage, alternative materials, etc.) * Participate in Process Audits and contribute in action plans * Contribute in the NYS activities/workshops * Follow up and support the production teams * Participate in PFMEA Review meetings * Participate in problem-solving meetings (customer quality claims, productivity, etc.) * Participate in obsolete risk analysis (organizes the inventories with the production, follow-up of stock balance out, isolation of obsolete, etc) * Prepare the general stocktakes delivrables (Identifications, lists of components by workstations, lists of composite materials, etc.) * Supports production during general stocktakes (as IE Support) * Participate in Tear down action plan and follow-up meetings * Define and perform Tear down actions * Define and perform QRM actions * Analyze the introduction of Technical Changes / new project (equipment, labor and documents) * Prepare the technical documents (Work Instructions, visual aids, etc.) * Introduction of technical changes in P3 Process * Implementation of new processes / equipment at P3 level * Capacity studies of P3 processes * Prepare Ramp Up curves of the new production teams * Follow Up of the PPAP production * Participate in the Run @ Rate trials * Participate in the feasibility studies and Technical change analysis * Participate in the Daily meetings (Engineering Department, QRQC Project, etc.) Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (IATF 16949), compliance with YEL / YAP-T procedures, with health and safety rules within the work area (ISO14001 & ISO 45001 ) ) and the 5S principles.
