Attends the meeting animated by supports and the shift leader? Follows the indicators and prepare the feedback for the shift meeting? completes the time tracking and complete the table with argumentation(prodmon)? Gives all consistent informations to the operator in time? Schedules random audit and timing, HSE interview with support functions? Realize and communicate the state of absenteeism*Management of anomalies and problem solving:? Observe the possible occurrence of risks and detect anomalies? Drive problem solving level1? Am the work of problem solving groups? Check and validate the PDCA implementation by the supports*Observation on the line:Responsible for the operational follow-up of the line? Continuously trains operators on 5S and HSE standards? Observes the application of standards and processes? Observes operator behaviors? Ensures positive cross-communication between operators and supports? Ensures the motivation gaps of the operators*Team management:? Animates the team meeting 5 minutes? Manages individual problem solving interviews? Manages interviews with operators? Follows and evolution of behaviors? Follows operator improvement plans and supports? Identify needs for continuous improvement? Promotes involvement through positive communication? Recognizes the effort and encourage the operators? Communicates before each training and manage feedback at the exit?
