Job Description

We are looking for Sales Manager to manage sales teams for FMCG company who represent International foods brands in the Libyan market. The Candidate will be responsible for following:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company?s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Present sales and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being?fully aware of new products and competition status and prepare reports accordingly.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary.
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Understand the company customers and how they relate to our products.
Requirements:
  • BS/MS degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
  • Successful previous experience as sales manager, area manager or marketing manager.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong communication skills Arabic & English.
