? Handle receiving calls or emails requests from customers or sales ensuring opening a ticket in the system and monitoring the tickets resolution times and status.? Maintain highest customer satisfaction rates through continuous communication with the customer and speed resolution of the tickets.? Monitor the system for issues with Tunnel, open tickets if any issues arise.? Install site (links, Router, Switch) by following with our technical Team.? Record and submit weekly report of all assignments and tickets.? Go to tunnel site for Maintenance, install or configure the device (Router, switch, firewall).? Conduct Site Surveys. ? Bachelor in Computer, Telecom Eng. or any related majors.? Very good command in English.? Very good MS Office command.? Intermediate knowledge in Cisco, Mikrotik & wireless devices.? CCNA, MTCNA is preferred.
