We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Supervisor to oversee our purchasing department and ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services. • Supplier Negotiation: Select and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices for materials and services.
• Odoo Management: Utilize Odoo software for managing purchasing activities, including tracking orders, maintaining inventory records, and generating reports.
• Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and availability of goods.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and manage the daily activities of the purchasing team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct Purchases: Drive to suppliers and conduct purchasing of goods when necessary, ensuring timely acquisition and delivery.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain complete and accurate purchasing records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure contract compliance and quality standards.
