A leader in financial services technology based in Amman, Jordan, is looking for detailed oriented, multi tasker System Admin-IT Infrastructure who can:? provides installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems? applications and related peripheral hardware.? Monitors and responds to hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and technique? Installs and configures applications software and related hardware (such as desktops, servers, and related peripherals like printers, scanners, drives, monitors and video teleconferencing hardware)? Provides software and system troubleshooting and support.? Monitor and test network performance and security? Perform daily backup operations, ensuring that all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media? Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issuesRequired Experience:? B.S degree or higher? MCP, MCSE, CCNA or similar certification strong plus? 1 -4 years of experience? Experienced in Fortinet and Cisco firewalls, and switches? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016? Good knowledge of VMware 5.5/6.5? Experienced in general LAN/WAN maintenance and configuration? Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group policy, DNS, Windows Server Administration? Experience with backup systems (Veeam, Microsoft backup, etc....)? Good knowledge and proven experience with Cloud Computing (Azure and Office 365)? Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills? Good understanding of security policies and procedures (ISO, Cybersecurity, PCI)? Experience with best practices for change management and code releases. Some exposure to continuous integration and related technologies beneficial? Ability to work with minimal direction, self-starter with very strong work ethic.? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
