This job vacancy is based in Amman - JordanMain Responsibilities :Lead the development activities across website(s), Mobile Application and external interfaces/integrationsManage the development teams; outsourced (offshore), on location and third-party consultants and vendors (offshore)Build the roadmap and Prioritize development activities based on business requirements and provide feedback to business usersMonitor website performance and identify opportunities of optimization, implement performance optimization and monitor improvementsEstablish a code review and validation process and ensure team is adhering to itReview existing business processes and provide solutions to automate manual processes to optimize the efficiency of different teams.Main Qualifications :10+ years in the Information Technology arena, 7 of which in leadership position.Strong and proven records in business to customer E-commerce solutions.Knowledge in Magento 1&2 is a must.System development experience ? worked as a developer in early stages in PHP, MVC, ZEND Framework & Magento.Experience in Relational Data Base management system. Knowledge in MySQL & Oracle RDBMS is a plusExperience in working on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar infrastructureAny additional experience in Retail or FMCG industries is an advantage.Strong ERP Experience, CRM implementation, Business intelligence tools.Knowledge of SAP is a plusBuilding mobile applications & React Native is a plus.Strong Knowledge in SEO.Strong leadership and people management skills especially leading development and architecture teamsStrong Vendor Relationship ManagementStrong Business Acumen in E-commerce and trending online technologiesExcellent English communication skills Proven record of managing complex integration projectsStrong Project Management skillsExperience in system security and high availability infrastructures
