We are currently seeking to hire Senior Officer - HR with the following tasks and responsibilities:Your Job? Manage the recruitment process inclose cooperation with the hiring manager while taking MedNet & Munich Reguidelines on job postings, short listing and interviews with potentialcandidates.? Post vacancies on MedNet Career Page,Internet and cross-post to commercial job platforms and receive/ manageapplications through MedNet system accordingly.? Ensuring that appropriate interviewand assessment processes are being deployed to meet the company s manpowerrequirements.? Liaise with the hiring manager on compensationand benefits and other aspects relevant to the employment contract in order toensure that the company will adhere to all relevant policies and regulationsand recruit the best fit.? Provide advice to employees andmanagers regarding the appropriate training and development opportunities andprocesses and communicate and promote talent development events.? Support the business leaders to managethe employees Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and maintain a Yearlytraining calendar.? Deliver high quality training programsthat enable existing staff to develop technical skills, behavioural skills andcommercial skills required and make recommendations regarding training contentrequired to address identified business needs.? Support HR Manager in ensuring that PerformanceManagement Cycle is implemented and it is in line with the regional HRgovernance framework to promote a performance driven culture at MedNet.Your Profile? Bachelor s Degree in BusinessAdministration or Higher Diploma or equivalent with specialization in HumanResources Management and/ or Psychology.? Minimum 5 years of experience in theareas of recruitment and/or talent management and training in a multi-nationalorganization.? Experience in Oracle HR system is anadvantage.? Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills in English & Arabic.? Computer literacy ( MS Office, Excel,PowerPoint)? Knowledge of Jordanian labor law, Taxlaw and Social Security law.? Team Player and being able tocommunicate across all levels?
