Main Responsibilities:?Training, Map out annual training plans for management, HR, and all departments. Records all training programs, assessment test and feedback training. Ensuring employees receive required training.?Recruitment, participate in recruitment efforts, posting Job advertisement, organizing CV and job application external & internal hiring.?Employee Engagement: Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on regular basis.?Communication, maintaining records and files all types of Internal & external Audits and suppliers. Assist all employees to get proper answers.
