Main Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable (Foreign and Local), record transactions in system, maintain supplier reconciliations and process debit/ credit notes.
Record accruals/ prepayments in system and maintain supporting schedules of all accrued liabilities/ prepayments.
Responsible for managing petty cash, processing payments and duties. Prepare the bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
Responsible for preparation of Withholding Tax (WHT)/ VAT and Zakat and maintaining the related records and database.
Responsible for ensuring compliance of related SOX controls and maintaining proper evidences against those controls.
Ensuring timely performance of monthly closing activities and recording of all transactions in ERP system. Preparation of reports and financial analysis based on business requirements.
