Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and drive a results-based winning sales culture within your team and achieve sales as per budget including money collection & avoidance of bad debts.
  • Drive and maintain the sales discipline within your team with accurate and live information at all times.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline, activity and sales forecast reports for the customers on a regular basis.
  • Maintain market awareness; stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental and competitive forces influencing the market.
  • Key Account Management for the strategic accounts.
  • Identify and develop better business opportunities for improved growth.
  • Supervise the work of commercial team and coordinates with CTS Engineers.
  • Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development and corrective action.
  • Production scheduling in line with sales customer requirements & production department resource availability to achieve optimum utilization to keep the inventory costs at minimum.
  • and uninterrupted customer supply by keeping permissible levels of inventory.
  • Attend to customer complaints & follow up with customer services manager and follow up with them to resolve to the customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales budgets, pricing, volumes & payment terms for Budget and Rolling Forecasts.
  • Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures and sales process.
